I got to do the 3-tier cake dummy for our store this month. All styrofoam! We were issued a challenge between all the stores that whichever store got the most orders based off of their dummy cake, would win homemade cinnamon buns from our Executive Head Baker! Our store is pretty competitive and together we came up with the idea to do a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving cake with a matching cupcake dummy display. I'll keep you posted WHEN we win!
